After your order is placed, you will receive an email with confirmation that we have received your order and we are working to fulfill it.

The shipping address cannot be changed after an order is placed. Cancel your order within your Account and place the order again. Please send us a message if you're unable to cancel your order.

Orders can be shipped within the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii and to APO/FPO addresses (some restrictions apply).

Spirit Gear Central doesn't ship internationally, except to Canada. Please see our Canada shipping policy.

Shiping to P.O. Box/FPO/APO is only possible with Standard and Priority USPS shipping options.

Most orders are received within 1-7 business days. When you enter your shipping address during checkout, each available shipping method will automatically update with estimated delivery dates. Once you select the shipping method and complete your order, the estimated delivery date will be listed in your order confirmation email.

Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed after 4:00 pm CT begin processing the next business day.
